Hours of Operation

The PSI-CoE is fully operational, however due to COVID-19 the Customer Service Center (CSC) has been temporarily shut down as services cannot be supported through telework.

For customer support, any applicant needing assistance with their e-QIP form or obtaining their Registration Code should contact our Questions box at usarmy.apg.inscom.mbx.psip-questions@army.mil
