The following message is sent on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-2:

 Effective immediately, all requests to expedite an Army investigation at the NBIB must submitted to the PSI-CoE Group Mailbox at usarmy.apg.inscom.mbx.psip-requesters@mail.mil.  In the email subject line, please annotate "REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED INVESTIGATION."

In the body of the e-mail, please provide the following information to assist the PSI-CoE with making a determination on whether expedited service is required:

• Applicant Name
• Investigation Type
• OPM/NBIB Case Number
• Justification (explanation detailing the reason(s) that the investigation needs to be expedited) Applicant's Organization Security POC information (Name, e-mail, and phone number)

The PSI-CoE will review the request and provide a response to organization.If approved, the PSI-CoE will submit the expedite request to the NBIB or add the investigation request to the DoD prioritization initiative.
